West Briton report that after East Looe Beach was rating as having ‘poor’ water quality last November, locals and Looe authorities have been working to improve the quality of water at the site, to protect the economy and the environment:

“Pollution in whatever form, be it sewage, chemicals or plastics does not promote a healthy ecosystem on which we all rely.”
